Terms and Conditions

These terms form the agreement between you and Mr Fortune, licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under MGA/B2C/445/2017. By opening an account you accept the rules set out below.

Account eligibility and conduct

You must be of legal gambling age in New Zealand and permitted to play under the laws that apply where you live before you register with Mr Fortune.

Each person may hold a single account, and you agree to keep your login details private; you remain responsible for every action taken through your profile.

The information you supply must be accurate and current, and we may suspend access if verification checks cannot confirm your identity or age.

Deposits, wagers, and withdrawals

Funds placed with Mr Fortune are held for play, and any winnings are credited according to the published rules of each game and payment method.

Withdrawals are released once identity and source-of-funds checks are complete, in line with the responsible-operation standards required by our licence.

Bonuses and promotional offers

Every Mr Fortune promotion carries its own conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum stakes, and expiry dates that you should read before opting in.

Attempting to exploit an offer through duplicate accounts, collusion, or irregular betting patterns may lead to forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

Service availability and disputes

Access to Mr Fortune may be interrupted for maintenance, security measures, or legal reasons, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted play at all times.

If a disagreement arises, you may raise a complaint through our support team, and unresolved matters can be escalated to the Malta Gaming Authority as the licensing regulator.
